At Kilpatrick Church, we believe that prayer is essential and the foundation to all ministries.
The 2007 Prayer Ministry Team includes, JoAnn Schelter, June Taylor, Denise Murray, Doug and Kay Schmuck, Michelle Strater and Karen Byington.

Our Purpose: We are encouraging one another to be prayer warriors for our families, spiritual revival in the church and community and are praying for the lost to be saved.

Whether prayer is unfamiliar territory to you or you are a seasoned prayer warrior, the prayer team provides many opportunities for individuals to become involved in the ministry of prayer.
1. Prayer Ministry Team
This is a core group of 5-7 people who are committed to pray for the Pastors and Team Ministries of Kilpatrick Church and meets regularly to pray and plan for ministry events.
2. Monday Morning Prayer Meeting
An open prayer meeting that meets every Monday at 7:30am in the prayer room at the church to pray for the specific prayer requests of the congregation.
3. Ladies Prayer Breakfast
The Prayer Team meets for sharing, caring, and prayer. For more info see Karen Byington
4. Special Events Prayer Meetings
The prayer team plans a special time to gather in prayer support for special events such as Vacation Bible School, Mission Trips, National Day of Prayer, Men’s and Women’s Retreats, Teen Events, etc.
5. Prayer Seminars and/or classes
For those who are eager to know more, there will be offerings of prayer seminars and/or classes that will be a time to learn how God works through His people with fresh insights to inspire your faith, deepen your understanding and equip you to fulfill your destiny as one of God’s praying people.
6. Prayer Chain
We don't do e-mail prayer requests anymore....You can now post your own prayer requests on the churches web-site, or if you aren't able to post your own, you may e-mail Denise Murray at: deniseandronaldm@gmail.com and she can post it for you.
