My friend/coworker Meredith's husband works for the Fire Dept in Grand Junction. He has been sick for the past couple of days and yesterday they found out it is Leukemia. They are going to Denver tomorrow for three weeks for treatment. His name is Chris Bryson and he's in his mid 30s keep him in your prayers, this is a very hard time.
Update on Chris Bryson - He has lost 20 pounds and is still very sick but is still holding his own. There has been no success on bone marrow matches for a transplant which he needs desperately and will continue to have blood transfusions every 4-5 weeks until the transplant. In the meantime he and his wife Meredith are still trying to sell there house from which they moved from . They are still paying for two mortgages and it has taken it's toll on them finacially. Please pray for a buyer for the house they do not occupy. I can't remember where they moved from. East is all I can remember. There has been an interest in new treatment for Chris so please keep that in your prayers also, that if they go ahead with it, it will be successful.
